Now in no way am I complaining, I like that it works this way. I'm just trying to figure out why there seem to be so many more hours in the day while one is in Hawaii (or some place similar). Beach time is sooooooooooo much slower. You can wake up, eat breakfast, spend "hours" at the beach, come up to the house, watch the kids swim, play ball. In your mind you think it must be lunch time at least, if not later- and it is only 9:30 am. FANTASTIC! There just seems to be more time in the day. How can that be wrong? :)

oh yeah, i notice this too. I think it is because you're so "off the clock" when on vacation. And the sun sort of makes you feel sleepy anyway, so that slows down time.
